At the Next World Learning Lab, worldmaking is a mindset and practice—actively shaping new realities, designing bold futures, and transforming challenges into opportunities through learning, creativity, and innovation.

Worldmaking is the process of actively shaping and constructing new possibilities, systems, and futures through learning, creativity, and innovation. It involves using skills, ideas, and actions to design and reimagine the world in ways that challenge existing structures and open new pathways for change.

Designing schools that move beyond traditional classrooms, integrating project-based learning, maker-centered education, and interdisciplinary collaboration to prepare students for an evolving world.

Creating curricula and build policy that blend AI, ethics, and social impact to ensure students develop critical skills for tomorrow’s challenges.

Co-designing participatory democracy initiatives, where residents shape policies, budgets, and urban planning decisions.
